I’ve finished editing two more videos of travel in the States last April. It took me a lot of time. The reason is simple. I put too much pictures (about 2,000) into short two videos.
While editing, every time I change the order of pictures, duration of pictures, music, and titles, my PC freezes for few minutes. Sigh.
I’m not satisfied with the quality of uploaded pictures on YouTube. But, I think it’s bearable.
I featured Japanese POP singer Hikaru Utada as background music.
I’m glad you watch those videos.

I really like your videos. How did you make them?
Looks like a fun trip too. Though I can't imagine you had any time to look around with all the photos you took ;-)
Thank you David for leaving a comment.
I’m happy you’ve enjoyed them.
How did I make the videos?
I used a software of pre-installed “windows movie maker” in Windows Vista.
I enjoyed your video, but the pictures went by so fast I could not enjoy them and the great scenery of the American West. I also use windows movie maker and I started using it about two years ago and made a short video of my trip to Japan. You can view it here: http://home.comcast.net/~pachipro/Japan_2005_0001.wmv
Click or paste the link and you'll be able to view it. I discovered that using windows movie maker is really not that good for still photos. A better program is the free windows Photo Story which you can download here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx
You will need your windows key code found on your computer to download it. I haven't uploaded any photo stories, but have made a few. I'm sure you'll find it much better than Movie Maker which is fine for video.
Thanks again Ray!

Thank you Pachipro for giving me good information,
I enjoyed your video. Japanese BGM sang by Masao Sen, I guess, is nice too.
I’ll try windows Photo Story soon.
