Walking in Las Vegas, 8th Day in the States

We stayed only one night in one hotel and, on the next day, moved to another city and stayed another hotel. That the way we had done before Las Vegas. But we stayed the hotel Circus Circus two nights. So we could walk here and there along the Las Vegas Strip (main street) spending a whole day without driving. It was the first time in this journey to be free from worries about packing luggage and finding ways from one city to another. Moreover, we could walk a lot more than we did in Zion National Park. Good exercise!
Old hotels were being destructing and constructions of new hotels were underway several places. Mountains in Zion stay millions of years, on the contrary, unprofitable hotels disappear within a decade in Las Vegas... sigh.
I didn't do any gambles at all this time in Las Vegas. Why? Because, children were not allowed to even enter the casino area. The rule was very strict. When I tried to take a picture of my daughters in front of slot machines, a security guard came right away, asked me their ages, and refused even just taking a picture!Since then, I became feeling not to do gambles at all.

There were several kinds of birds in the garden of Flamingo. Of course flamingos, the bird in the picture, swans, sparrows and others that I didn't know the name of them.
The thermometer of Audi A4 showed 17F or –8.3C when we were driving in Bryce Canyon two days ago. Here in Las Vegas, people can swim outside.
We went to a Nathan Burton comedy magic show at V Theater. The picture was taken in front of the theater since photos were prohibited inside. The girl on the left was giving $10 discount coupons.

How many "Statue of Liberty" are there on the earth? I know them in Tokyo, France and New York. Do you know more?
I'm a fan of Rain Forest Cafe. We went there again.
Town in Las Vegas itself was an amusement park. Within thirty minutes walking, you must happen to meet a show or two. There were many famous shows, for example, show in the Fremont Street. But there were many minor shows like Hawaiian dancing in the picture.

Most of Japanese don't put sugar in Japanese tea. I was not an exception. But I bought bottles of tea in Las Vegas. All of them contained sugar and tasted very good. One of the best bottles of tea was in the picture.
Time was up for walking. We took a Strip Trolley at the Flamingo and went back to Circus Circus. The "Trolley" may look like one but is not a true trolley like the one in San Francisco. This trolley is actually a bus in disguise that offers a convenient way to travel the strip and the downtown area.
This horse race game was allowed to play for children. This free show was performed in Circus Circus.

Las Vegas at Night; 7th Day in the States

After arriving at Las Vegas, we checked in a hotel and rushed to Fremont Street in downtown by car. When we went to Las Vegas five years ago, I really wanted to go, but didn’t have enough time to do. So Fremont Street had been the first priority place to visit for us since that time.
We got there before the show, parked the car at a near parking lot, bought snacks and waited for the show.
The sound and light show was very short, but it was spectacular. There were many free shows in Las Vegas; I believe it must be one of the best shows.

Positioned about 27m above Fremont Street, the attraction stretches 427m and consists of 12.5 million synchronized LED modules, including 180 strobes and eight robotic mirrors per block. It's capable of producing millions of color combinations, animation and video feeds.

After the show in Fremont Street, we came back to the Las Vegas Strip, or the main street and enjoyed watching and taking pictures of the night scene.
