A Looooooong Cake

The other day, when I walked around a nearby shopping mall alone, I happened to find people making a very long strawberry cake together.
I asked them what’s going on?
A guy told me that they were making a 1000m-long strawberry cake to celebrate a five-year anniversary of Yataimura or a Japanese style pub mall.

After completion of making the 1Km-cake, I was presented two pieces of cake from them.
I brought them back home and enjoyed the yummy cake with my family.

How cute it is!

It’s the first time for me to pick strawberries in the strawberry field. I really had a wonderful time and all the more, they are very fresh and delicious.

Can You See Them? I've Already Eaten Some; It's Yummy.

Our family is supporting students living in Tochigi who come from foreign countries. AFS Tochigi branch representative Ms. Funada arranged strawberry picking tour with students, their homestay parents and supporting families.
